Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for steady work with competitive pay? PeopleShare is seeking safety-conscious and dependable Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a leading warehouse and manufacturing operation.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in forklift operation, material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping & receiving, and distribution environments.
Stand-Up Forklift Operator Job Details:
Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
Schedule: Shift assignment depends on department placement.
Inbound & Support Functions
- 1st Shift: 5:45 AM - 1:45 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM - 9:45 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9:45 PM - 5:45 AM
Outbound Operations
- 1st Shift: 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM
Stand-Up Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Transport products between warehouse, storage, and production areas
- Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
- Utilize barcode scanners and warehouse management systems as required
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements
- Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed
Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements:
- Previous stand-up forklift experience required
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
